My Sister Project instructor training in İstanbul

Instructor training was held in İstanbul on October 21-24, 2021 within the scope of My Sister Project, which aims to strengthen women's social and economic positions and take an active role in economic development by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills about women's participation in economic life in partnership with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Habitat Association and Coca-Cola Turkey.​

40 volunteer instructors from 26 different provinces received training in zero waste, product presentation and marketing techniques, customer relations and sales, food safety and logistics.

The program started with a meeting and informative presentation and continued with a stakeholder session. The session was moderated by Hilal Gerçek, Deputy Secretary General of Habitat Association, Batuhan Demir, Entrepreneurship Manager of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, Senem Görel, Corporate Relations and Sustainability Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey, Sezai Hazır, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Habitat Association, and Meltem Ertürk, Volunteer Instructor of My Sister Project.

Volunteer instructors trained by expert instructors for 4 days will expand the training of My Sister Project to women and women's cooperatives in their province.
