Kayseri Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center Arbitrator License Ceremony

In cooperation between Kayseri Chamber of Commerce Arbitration and Mediation Center (KATOTAM) and TOBB COMPLIANCE Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center, a license ceremony was held for KATOTAM arbitration arbitrators on June 23rd, 2021 in Kayseri Chamber of Commerce.​
At the ceremony, Director General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice Hakan Öztatar, Kayseri Chamber of Commerce President Ömer Gülsoy, and Kayseri Chief Republic Prosecutor Abdulkadir Akın gave speeches.
Hakan Öztatar, Director General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, said that "As of today, a total of 2,170,873 files have been communicated to our mediators", adding that the benefits of mediation by the community have begun to be seen.
After the ceremony, the "Current Developments in Mediation" Panel was held by Hakan Öztatar, Director General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, and Umut İlhan Durmuşoglu, Head of the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice, under the moderation of TOBB COMPLIANCE General Manager Dr. Onur Yüksel.
