Councilors exchanged ideas about the subcommittees planned to be established within the Council as the first agenda. Urgent sectoral issues with were consulted on.

At the meeting, Council Members expressed great satisfaction with the decision to establish the Presidency of Health Industries with the aim of gathering the administration in a single structure. The members stated that the Presidency will make important contributions to the development of the pharmaceutical sector and will ensure coordination, thus paving the way for it to become a regional and global production and export base in accordance with the goals of the 11^th Development Plan.

The meeting was followed by consultations on initiatives to be made by members on the difference between the Periodic Euro Exchange Rate and the market exchange rate announced in February. In addition, the problems experienced in drug exports were reported on. The importance of expanding the Covid-19 vaccine prioritization program, which started with ÃœTT, to other sector employees was emphasized.
