Current Developments in Mediation Panel held

Following the opening ceremony of TOBB UYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center, Hakan Öztatar, Director General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Justice, under the moderation of TOBB President Advisor and Head of Department Hasan Çağlayan Dündar, “Current Developments in Mediation Panel" was held with the participation of TOBB 1st Legal Counsel İbrahim Nihat Bayar and TOBB UYUM General Manager Onur Yüksel.​

At the panel, Hakan Öztatar stressed that advanced mediation techniques should be taught to mediators and that Turkish model mediation should be improved. In addition, Öztatar underlined that the business world has made a decision about mediation with TOBB UYUM, which was established with the initiatives of TOBB, and emphasized that this center and the business world are on the side of the mediator.
