The number of newly established Companies increased by 33% in January 2021 with respect to previous month

The number of newly established companies and cooperatives increased by 33,6% and 19,3% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 17,3% according to the previous month.​

The number of closed companies, the number of closed cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 69,9%  , 68,4% and 35,4% respectively according to the previous month.

 

The number of newly established Companies increased by 8,1% with respect to the same month of the previous year

 

The number of newly established companies increased by 8,1%  while the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 13,2% and  16,4% according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies, the number closed cooperatives and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 55,1%, 96,6% and 24,2% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

In January 2021, 935 companies with foreign partners were established.

 

In January 2021, 935 companies with foreign partners were established. 499 of these companies had Turkish partners, 60 had Iranian partners and 33 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 935 foreign shareholding companies established, 92 are incorporated companies and 843 are limited liability companies. 128 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 62 are in real estate and 43 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in January 2021. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 91.4% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
