The number of newly established Companies decreased by 2,21% in December 2020 with respect to previous month

The number of newly established companies and the number of cooperatives decreased by 2,21% and 26,55% while the number of sole proprietorships increased by 30,87% according to the previous month.​

The number of closed companies, the number of closed cooperatives and the number of closed sole proprietorships increased by 221,46%,  533,33%  and 242,87% respectively according to the previous month.

 

The number of newly established Companies increased by 8,00% with respect to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of newly established companies and sole proprietorships increased by 8,00% ,  0,32% while the number cooperatives decreased by  19,42% according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies and the number of closed sole proprietorships increased by 43,57 and 141,28% while and the number closed cooperatives decreased by  78,65%  according to the same month of the previous year.

 

In December 2020, 872 companies with foreign partners were established.

 

In December 2020, 872 companies with foreign partners were established. 376 of these companies had Turkish partners, 77 had Iranian partners and 29 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 872 foreign shareholding companies established, 117 are incorporated companies and 755 are limited liability companies. 1369 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 539 are in real estate and 468 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in the year 2020. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 78.60% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
