The number of newly established Companies decreased by 15,51% in November 2020 with respect to previous month.

The number of newly established companies, the number of cooperatives the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 15,51% 28,93% and 11,58% respectively according to the previous month.​

The number of closed companies, the number of closed cooperatives and the number of closed sole proprietorships decreased by 22,05%,  95,71%  and 25,27% respectively according to the previous month.

 

The number of newly established companies, the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 12,13% ,  10,78% and  11,13% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies, the number of closed sole proprietorships and the number closed cooperatives decreased by 5,02,  9,82% and   95,59%  respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

In November 2020, 1024 companies with foreign partners were established. 483 of these companies had Turkish partners, 80 had Iranian partners and 42 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 1024 foreign shareholding companies established, 108 are incorporated companies and 916 are limited liability companies. 1234 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 493 are in real estate and 429 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in the year 2020. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 77.99% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
