Participating in the panel section of the seminar, the opening speech of which was given by TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş, were the General Manager of Insurance Premiums from the Social Security Institution, Savaş Alıç and Departments Heads İbrahim Özçelik and Yakup Baygü, Revenue Administration Department Head Zekai Çenge as well as Legal Counsel İbrahim Nihat Bayar from our Union and Cahit Ceren, director of the SME Research and Consultancy Center.

After their presentation, participants' questions were answered.
