Özgener, who reported that this year was in difficulty due to the pandemic, noting that TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu listened to the problems of 60 different Sector Councils one by one and sought solutions, and that 6 ministers, especially Treasury and Finance Minister Lütfi Elvan, had the chance to communicate ideas and problems about the content of economic and justice reforms before starting this, and that they were very happy to see government officials with them on almost every issue, and that the Ministries would take quick steps regarding the problems raised here.

At the meeting, Sabriye Ayhan, Branch Manager of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, made an assessment about the Regulation on the Control of Vehicles Which Have Completed Their Life. Sanem Yıldız, Head of the Department of Product Safety of the Ministry of Commerce provided information about the Product Safety Inspection Communiqués.

At the meeting attended by Ali Bengi, Head of the Transportation and Logistics Systems Center from TSE regarding the process of obtaining the Road Conformity Report, Kadir Tursun, Head of the Import and Origin Department of the General Directorate of Customs, was present and listened to the problems of the Council members regarding circulation documents and certificates of origin.

Sinan Yanaz, Head of the Industrial Department of the Ministry of Commerce's General Directorate of Imports, also made assessments about the impact of IGV on the automotive sector.  Requests for the support of Approved Person Status Certificate (OKSB) and Authorized Liability Certificate Application (YYS) companies were forwarded to Kerem Erol, Head of the General Directorate of Customs. The problems experienced in the rental issues were shared by Tolga Özgül, General Coordinator of TOKKDER, and the meeting was ended by noting the opinions of the council members regarding the evaluations about the activities of the Council.
