e-Commerce e-Guide Training Program started

e-Commerce e-Guide Training organized through webinar within the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) was carried out with the intense interest of participants.​

'Cross-Border E-Commerce' was discussed in the first series of training series designed for SMEs and entrepreneurs and planned to last five weeks. TOBB Turkey e-Commerce Council President and Trendyol Executive Board Member Ozan Acar gave the opening speech of the program.

 

Valuable instructors such as Esma Özer, Ferhan Yıldızlı and Emrecan Sarıkuzu took part in the training, which was organized to turn e-commerce into a new and continuous sales channel and to show the potential in e-exports.

 

Esma Özer explained how to find a market for the product in e-export and the actors in global e-exports. She talked about how logistics and customs processes work in cross-border e-commerce.

Ferhan Yıldızlı explained the legal regulations in e-export and the tax processes within this framework. He gave information about the procedures for selling on ETSY for beginners to e-export and what it takes to obtain e-citizenship.

 

Emrecan Sarıkuzu discussed in detail how Turkish SMEs can e-export through the marketplace in Europe and the way they are implemented with the framework of the FBA storage system.

The e-Commerce e-Guide Training program will continue for another four weeks. 70% of the training participants will be certified.

 

In the second week of training, the issue of logistics in e-commerce will be discussed. Instructors will provide information about international cargo and customs processes and different distribution channels.
