The number of newly established Companies increased by 13,38% in September 2020 with respect to previous month.

The number of newly established companies, the number of cooperatives increased by 13,38% and 11,81% while and the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 0,97% according to the previous month.​

The number of closed companies, the number of closed sole proprietorships and the number of closed cooperatives increased by 18,45%  39,25% and 75,00%  respectively according to the previous month.

 

The number of newly established companies, the number cooperatives and sole proprietorships increased by 37,77% ,  47,71% and  33,38% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

 

The number of closed companies, the number closed cooperatives and the number of sole proprietorships increased by 26,18% ,  64,71% and 22,62% respectively according to the same month of the previous year.

In September 2020, 1197 companies with foreign partners were established. 665 of these companies had Turkish partners, 63 had Iranian partners and 36 had Syrian partners.

 

Of the 1197 foreign shareholding companies established, 122 are incorporated companies and 1075 are limited liability companies. 926 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 380 are in real estate and 338 are in Management and other administrative consultancy services in the year 2020. Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 77.47% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
