In his speech, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce, saying, “For exactly 60 years, since 1965, the heart of Polatlı’s business world has been beating at the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce. Polatlı is not just the name of a district. It is unique with its history, land, and people. This is an ancient land where agricultural activities have deep roots stretching back centuries. This is the site of the Battle of Sakarya. It is where the great battle took place, where Mustafa Kemal Atatürk declared, ‘There is no line of defense, only a field of defense.’ Today, Polatlı is the granary of Ankara and Türkiye. But you are not just an agricultural city. You are also an industrial city. With two Organized Industrial Zones operating at 95% capacity, Polatlı is rapidly industrializing. In other words, Polatlı has both fields and factories. It has both history and a future,” he said.

Congratulating the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce for its work, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that the Chamber provides five-star service to its members with its accredited structure. TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu added that the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce, which is active in every field from education to consultancy, from projects to international collaborations, has also done important work in branding.
