“Holidays are days of common joy where brotherhood and friendship grow”

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who published a message on the occasion of the Feast of Sacrifice, emphasized that holidays are days of common joy that gain meaning with feelings of brotherhood and friendship and increase solidarity. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We all want a bright future, a life full of hope and brotherhood. I wish that our Eid al-Adha will strengthen our belief and hope for these, and I congratulate the Eid of our nation and the Islamic world with my sincerest feelings.”
Hisarcıklıoğlu included the following views in his message:
“What befits a human being is to live honestly and to embrace his brother with sincerity. The essence of festivals is to renew hopes, to put an end to resentments, to share love and friendship. I believe that if we do not remove this essence from our lives, the world will become more livable and meaningful.
With this belief, on behalf of the Turkish business world, I wish Eid al-Adha to bring peace and happiness to all humanity.”
