Hisarcıklıoğlu as marriage witness

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the wedding of Zeynep Kübra, the daughter of TOBB General Administration Board Member and Niğde former deputy Erdoğan Özegen and Mahmut Musa Karabulutlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the Özegen and Karabulutlu families and wished the young couple happiness.​

Also attending the wedding were President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Vice President Fuat Oktay, and former Speaker of the Grand National Assembly Binali Yıldırım; TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stood as witness to the marriage of the young couple.
