Turkey and Ukraine taking steps for a new eTIR pilot project

Following the great success of the eTIR Pilot Project between Turkey and Iran, Turkey is preparing plans for a new inter-modal trade corridor with Ukraine over the Black Sea.​

The eTIR Pilot Project, which is proposed as a step to further develop customs and trade relations between the two countries, will strengthen cooperation between customs, carriers, carnet holders and organizations, and will be developed to provide much more benefits to all parties.
