Türkiye Services Council convened

The Türkiye Services Council meeting of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was attended by Ali Kopuz, Vice Chairman of the TOBB Board of Directors; Mustafa Bakır, Deputy Director General for Professional Services at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change; and Hilal Tatar, Department Director; Fikret Demir, Director of the Meat and Milk Institution; Nedim Can, Director of the Social Security Institution’s Insurance Premium Incentives Department; and Kadir Önder, Group Director of the Revenue Administration; and was held in Ankara under the chairmanship of Council President Hüseyin Bozdağ.​
In his speech, Ali Kopuz emphasized the importance of consultations between the public and private sectors, the contributions of public-private sector collaboration to the sector, and the collective representational power of the sector council, as well as the significance of this power.
Council Chairman Hüseyin Bozdağ discussed the priority issues facing the services sector with representatives of public institutions who attended the meeting.
The impact of global and regional developments on the services sector and the potential effects of the crisis on Türkiye were addressed.
