Introductory webinar for ICC member Chambers of Commerce and Industry on the “Chamber Benchmarking Tool,” one of the WCF projects

The "Chamber Benchmarking Tool," developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the World Chambers Federation (WCF) to provide Chambers of Commerce and Industry worldwide with access to best practices across various fields, was introduced via a webinar organized by TOBB and the ICC Türkiye National Committee in collaboration with ICC WCF.
The webinar, attended by approximately 400 representatives from 200 Chambers of Commerce and Industry, featured opening remarks by TOBB Deputy Secretary General Sarp Kalkan and ICC Deputy Secretary General Julian Kassum. Following these remarks, Stéphanie Vieilledent, Head of the Global Services Unit at the ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF) Global Services Unit Head Stéphanie Vieilledent and Yazeed Salah, Director of the Strategy and Excellence Department at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, provided a detailed presentation on the use of the “Chamber Benchmarking Tool.”
