As part of the Chamber/Exchange Accreditation System studies, Strategic Planning Training for the 10th and 13th Term Accredited Chambers/Exchanges was held at TOBB on January 22-23, 2026.
The training explained the expectations of strategic planning within the scope of the new accreditation standard and clarified issues that pose challenges in strategic planning within the accreditation system. Group work was conducted on risk management in both strategic planning and business plans, with examples of best practices.
