During the opening session of the meeting, Council members were briefed on the decisions taken at the previous meeting and assessments were made regarding the current status of the relevant decisions.

Within the scope of the agenda, the work carried out on the aviation sector’s working system and the developments recorded in this context were shared with Council members. The effects of the implementation on the sector and the approaches of different stakeholders were discussed.

In the assessment of risk studies conducted on fatigue management, the roadmap to be followed in this area was discussed. The importance of the work to be done in terms of operational safety and employee health was emphasized.

Under another agenda item, information was provided on the KGM – Corporate Development Model studies conducted on the same day under the chairmanship of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, and the possible implications of the relevant processes for the sector were discussed.

The meeting concluded with members sharing their wishes and hopes after discussing the current state of the sector and expectations for the coming period.
