The Türkiye Patent and Trademark Attorneys Council convened in Ankara

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Patent and Trademark Attorneys Council held its final meeting of the year, chaired by Council President Kemal Yamankaradeniz, with the participation of TOBB Board Members Hakan Ülken and Ali Çandır.

The Council President informed the Council about the Council Opinion formed regarding the Draft Law No. 5000, which was opened for discussion by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, following official visits made on behalf of the Council.

Ahmet Şevki Dağkıran, Chief Legal Advisor of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, gave a detailed presentation on the draft, stating the views of the Office.

The meeting concluded with an assessment of the Draft Law and 2025 from the sector's perspective.
