During the meeting, where sectoral assessments were made by Council President Dr. Hayri Erce, the following agenda items were discussed: Regulation on the Trade of Motor Vehicles, regulations related to leasing, Operator Status, Mandatory GPS Tracking System in Leased Vehicles, Direct imposition of administrative fines against the lessee in case of unauthorized use of sirens, expertise issues, vehicles exempt from special consumption tax, workplace opening and operating licenses, notary union issues, and MASAK audits were discussed.
