In his opening speech, TOBB Board Member Mehmet Büyüksimitci, who is responsible for the Council, stated that the current period of time is important for both making evaluations and setting new goals, and that 2025 stands out as a year in which reform steps to ensure stability in the economy accelerate and the investment environment is revitalized, and that these developments will create new opportunities for the venture capital sector.

Following the opening speeches, Cenk Bayraktar, Member of the Council and Co-Founder of Revo Capital, gave an informative presentation on the hybrid structure that enables the World Bank Development Finance to invest in Venture Capital Investment Funds.

Afterwards, Serkan Ãœnsal, Member of the Council and General Manager of Startupswhatch, gave information about the first half of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in 2025.

Council President Altan Küçükçınar shared startup ecosystem data and current issues of venture capital with the participants.

The meeting ended with the opinions and suggestions of the council members on the evaluations regarding the investment ecosystem.
