Workshop on the Role of Vocational Schools in the Development of Industry in Karabük

Karabük University TOBB Vocational School of Technical Sciences and Karabük Organized Industrial Zone Directorate hosted a workshop on the Role of Vocational Schools in the Development of Industry with the support of Karabük Governorship and Karabük Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KTSO).
In the first session of the workshop, M. Kemal Günay, Head of TOBB Real Sector R&D and Implementation Department, gave information about the activities carried out by TOBB in this field, such as the “Vocational Schools Education Cooperation” protocol signed between YÖK and TOBB, the Vocational Education protocol signed in 2019, In-Sector and Sector-Integrated Schools and the NİYEP program, in order to shape vocational education in accordance with the needs of the industry.
