Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

As a part of his Denizli itinerary, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited to the Denizli Chamber of Industry and the Commodity Exchange. During the visit, Hisarcıklıoğlu exchanged views with the members of the councils and boards of the Chamber and Exchange, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that his morale is boosted whenever he visit Denizli and pointed out that the people of Denizli contribute greatly to business life by choosing good presidents and administrators.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stating that they would be providing support for the families of the miners who lost their lives during the incident at the mine in Ermenek, said, “As the TOBB Board of Directors we have decided to provide the families with houses.”​

B20 Turkey Executive Council Chair and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, along with the B20 Executive Council and the representatives of the business world, attended the dinner hosted by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu hosted a farewell dinner in honor of Palestine’s Ambassador to Ankara Nabil Maarouf.​

Jordanian Ambassador Amjad Al Adaileh visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. Turkish-Jordanian relations were discussed during the meeting.​

The 7th Industrial Institutions Above-the-Line Sector Performance Assessment Awards Ceremony was held by the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry and attended by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the Minister for Science, Industry and Technology, Fikri Işık.​

Gulf Chamber of Commerce (KTO) held its 15th Anniversary and Accreditation Certification Ceremony with the attendances of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and the Minister for Science, Industry and Technology, Fikri Işık.​

TOBB President and the Minister for Science, Industry and Technology, Fikri Işık visited the Gebze Chamber of Commerce. Speaking during the visit, TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out that the Gebze Chamber of Commerce is a 5-star chamber, providing the same level of service as any to be found in London, Berlin or Paris.​

The Anatolian İmam Hatip High School built by TOBB in Çayırova, Kocaeli, was opened with the attendances of TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Fikri Işık, Kocaeli Governor Hasan Basri Güzeloğlu, TOBB Board Vice President Halim Mete and Ali Kopuz as well as many guests.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu issued a press release in regards to the killing of over 150 students in Pakistan and Yemen by terrorist groups, “Those who commit these inhuman acts of barbarity will never be seen in a kind light by history. Anyone who kills an innocent kills humanity. The deliberate targeting of children makes our blood run cold.”​
