TOBB Vice President Ali Kopuz participated in the 6th AK Party Ordinary Grand Congress held at the Ankara Sports Hall. ​

During his official visit to Ankara, General Evariste Ndayishimiye, the Secretary General of the ruling party of Burundi, visited TOBB and met with TOBB Vice President Tamer Kıran. Burundi's Ambassador to Ankara, Joel Nkurabagaya, and representatives of the Turkish private sector also attended the meeting where an exchange of views on the development of trade and economic relations between Turkey and Burundi took place. ​

TOBB Board Vice President Salih Zeki Murzioğlu visited the Ünye Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ünye Commodity Exchange, Fatsa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Fatsa Commodity Exchange due to the flood disaster in Fatsa and Ünye districts of Ordu.​

TOBB MEYBEM Vocational Qualifications and Certification Centers Inc. has expanded its scope of service and started its professional qualification service for the second hand vehicle dealers. “Motor Vehicle Exchange Specialist Level 5” for used car trading firms owners and sales managers and “Motor Vehicles Trading Advisor Level 4” for sales staff professional competence and certification services will be available throughout Turkey from August 3, 2018, by TOBB MEYBEM and conducted through Chambers and Commodity Exchanges. ​
