Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the champion, Galatasaray
TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the Galatasaray football team in attaining the championship in the Spor-Toto Super League’s 2011-2012 season. In his message, Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that a team spirit and being part of a cohesive whole has brought success, “I believe that Galatasaray will continue its success and congratulate them again.”

Prime Minister attended the opening of the TOBB Science High School
The Science High School built by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey in Rize was opened with a ceremony attended by the Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Customs and Commerce Minister Hayati Yazıcı and TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu.

Mothers are the source of love

Newly appointed Ambassador to Azerbaijan Coşkun’s visit to TOBB
Alper Coşkun, appointed as Turkey’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, who will assume his duties on August 15th, 2012 visited TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized that they have always regarded Azerbaijan as a friend and brother country while Ambassador Coşkun stated that he would do his utmost to further good relations with Azerbaijan.

Major opportunities for bilateral trade affairs between Turkey and the USA
Speaking at the 8th meeting of the Turkey-USA Economic Partnership Commission (EOK), TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out the enormous potential and opportunity for bilateral trade affairs between Turkey and the USA and said, “In order to seize upon these opportunities we should implement education and awareness raising activities in the short term while we implement structural reforms for mid-to-long term. Opportunities of equal significance exist for bilateral investments as they do for trade.”
