Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, announced that Mut Olive Oil is the 37th product to receive a geographical indication registration the European Union and said, “May it be beneficial to Mersin and our country.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. During the visit, consultations were held on the deposit management system. ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, convened with the heads of Chambers / Exchanges at a consultation meeting after the General Assembly of the International Chamber of Commerce Türkiye National Committee (ICC Türkiye). At the meeting, the problems and demands of the business world were evaluated. ​

The 71st General Assembly of the International Chamber of Commerce Türkiye National Committee (ICC Türkiye), chaired by the President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, was held at the TOBB Twin Towers Social Facilities. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu paid a condolence visit to Şemsettin Aktuğlu, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ankara Commodity Exchange, for his wife Raziye Aktuğlu who passed away. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “I pray for the grace of Allah upon the deceased and extend our deepest condolences to their family and relatives. May she rest in peace.”​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu hosted Recai Kesimal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GİMAT, Ömer Düzgün, Chairman of the Türkiye Retailers Federation and Board Members in his office. ​

The President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, hosted Kerem Sarp, General Manager of Ajet, in his office. Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked Sarp for the courtesy visit during which they exchanged views. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkyie (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received İstanbul Family Foundation Chairman of the Board of Trustees Sami Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board Üner Karabıyık, Board Member Fatih Öke and social worker Melih Demirci in his office. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Mr. İlkhom Khaydarov, who was appointed as the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Ankara, at TOBB Twin Towers. During the meeting where Türkiye - Uzbekistan economic and trade relations were discussed, Hisarcıklıoğlu wished Ambassador Khaydarov success in his new post. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu received Mehlika Gider, President of the Association of Women Employers and Industrialists (KAİSDER) and members of the Board of Directors in his office. During the meeting, the work that can be done to strengthen the women’s entrepreneurship ecosystem was evaluated. ​
