Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, visiting in Ankara, received TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Abbas told Hisarcıklıoğlu that TOBB's initiative will open the way for investment in the Jenin Industrial Zone to be established in Palestine.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended Conquest of Anatolia Malazgirt 1071 (The Battle of Manzikert) Commemorative Program attended by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan together with Turkey - EU JCC members.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu attended the Biga Chamber of Commerce and Industry New Service Building and the Contributors to the Biga Economy Award Ceremony.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu pointed out the importance of the entrepreneur and business community being strong at the Contributors to the Gelibolu Economy Award Ceremony.​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said that Çanakkale has a special meaning for Turkey, saying, “Çanakkale is the city that heralds the resurrection of this nation. Today we stand tall, live in this land, only thanks to the national resistance and the spirit of independence started in Çanakkale. Çanakkale is where hope turns to faith and faith into success. May Allah see fit to give us the strength to protect these lands, this homeland, and let us be a nation worthy of the inheritance of our ancestors.”​

TOBB Social Sciences High School, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Çanakkale Governor Orhan Tavlı participated in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, which was organized by TOBB in Çanakkale. Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his wishes the success of the school and that it will prove beneficial to Çanakkale and Turkey. ​

TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited Çanakkale Governor Orhan Tavlı at his office as a part his Çanakkale itinerary and exchanged views.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), attended the Balıkesir Provincial Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Consultation Meeting held at the Balıkesir Chamber of Commerce Service Building. Hisarcıklıoğlu congratulated the private sector community for the success of the city's employment mobilization.​
