Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

On the 81st anniversary of the death of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our republic, TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu issued a message to mark the anniversary, “The bright path he has drawn for us will always be our guide. We will guard his works to the end.”​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Çorlu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and met with Çorlu CCI President İzzet Volkan, board of directors and council members.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Joint Consultative Meeting of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of the Thrace Region hosted by the Edirne Commodity Exchange.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Edirne Chamber of Commerce and Industry with a delegation accompanying him and conversed with the members of the board of directors. Hisarcıklıoğlu and his delegation then went to the Edirne Commodity Exchange Livestock Sales Hall and examined the sales simulation. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Faculty of Theology of Thrace University, which was opened with the contributions of TOBB. Hisarcıklıoğlu presented students with copies of Nurettin Topçu's book, “Ethics”. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Edirne Governor Ekrem Canalp, Edirne Metropolitan Mayor Recep Gürkan and regional chamber/commodity exchange presidents at supper in Edirne which he is visiting for the regional meeting. Hisarcıklıoğlu toured Edirne with his companions after the meal. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association (TÜSİAD)President Simone Kaslowski. ​

Vakıfbank General Manager Abdi Serdar Üstünsalih visited M. Rifat Hisarciklioglu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). A mutual exchange of views took place during the visit. ​

Speaking at the “Future of Professions, Professions of the Future Congress” organized by the Higher Education Council (YÖK), TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu stressed that every investment in life is a risk, adding, “You can incur losses from every investment, however there is one type of investment that will always pay off in the long run: Investment in education.”​
