Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and the Federation of Saudi Chambers (FSC). As part of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development meetings, a signing ceremony and gala dinner were held at the TOBB Reception Hall with the participation of chamber representatives from 20 Islamic countries.​​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), along with members of the Board of Directors of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development, conducted inspections at the TOBB Economics and Technology University (TOBB ETÜ), the TOBB ETÜ Technology Center, and the TOBB ETÜ Faculty of Medicine Hospital.​​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), along with Abdullah Salih Kamel, President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Baraka Group, and Prof. Dr. Türkay Dereli, Vice Rector of TOBB ETÜ, met with students studying at TOBB ETÜ with the support of the “Saleh Abdullah Kamel Scholarship Program.”​​

The 40th Board of Directors Meeting of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) was held at the TOBB Twin Towers, hosted by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Vice President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD). At the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu was re-elected to the position of Vice President of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETÜ) held its graduation ceremony for the class of 2025–2026. M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, Chairman of the TOBB ETÜ Board of Trustees and President of TOBB, wished the graduates success in their lives after graduation during the ceremony. Hisarcıklıoğlu participated in the cap-tossing ceremony with the graduates.​​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Co-Chair of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee, attended the closing session of the 43rd meeting of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) closing session of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee (JCC).​​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), exchanged views on the development of women’s entrepreneurship with KAGİDER President Esra Bezircioğlu, KAGİDER Vice President Şila Gök, and KAGİDER EU Representative Ayşe Yürekli. ​

The 43rd Meeting of the Türkiye-EU Joint Consultative Committee began in Ankara, hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).​​

As part of London Climate Action Week, Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change and COP31 President Murat Kurum and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with business representatives at the COP31 Business Forum organized by TOBB.​​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the opening session of the Erciyes Summit, themed “Climate, Water, Food, and Security,” hosted by Erciyes University.​​
