Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), shared the business community’s perspectives during the session titled “How to Balance Global and National Priorities” at the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum held this year. ​

We are the trade unions and professional organizations representing Türkiye’s workers, employers, civil servants, artisans, merchants, industrialists, farmers, and producers.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Mongolia’s Ambassador to Ankara, Gombosuren Munkhbayar, at the TOBB Twin Towers. The meeting focused on Türkiye-Mongolia economic and trade relations. ​

Reşit Özer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry, paid a visit to M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Sultan Almusallam, Secretary General of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, at the Union’s headquarters. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Hüseyin Bozdağ, Chairman of the TOBB Türkiye Services Council, and members of the Council. During the meeting, the challenges facing the sector, as well as requests and proposed solutions, were discussed. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), met with Şahin Bilgiç, Chairman of the TOBB High Disciplinary Board, and the Board members. Hisarcıklıoğlu thanked the TOBB High Disciplinary Board for their visit, during which they held consultations. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), paid a visit to Özgür Bayraktar, Deputy Chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP).​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Assembly of Customs and Tourism Operations Trade Inc. (GTİ Inc), a company jointly owned by TOBB and 137 Chambers and Commodity Exchanges that modernizes land border crossings under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. Following the General Assembly, Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the Presidents of the Chambers and Exchanges. ​

Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), attended the General Council meeting of the World Chambers Federation, of which he is President, held in Brussels. The meeting addressed barriers to global trade, regional conflicts, and the future of the global economy. ​
