Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The 82nd Financial General Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) was held at TOBB ETÜ with the participation of Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat, representatives of the chamber and exchange community, and businesspeople from all 81 provinces.​

The TOBB 82nd General Assembly dinner was hosted by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB). ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), received the presidents of chambers and commodity exchanges and TOBB delegates are in Ankara to attend the 82nd TOBB General Assembly at his office. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited the stalls set up by the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges in the gardens of the TOBB Twin Towers, where regional products were being served, on the occasion of the 82nd TOBB General Assembly. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), paid a visit to Anıtkabir as part of the 82nd TOBB General Assembly, where he stood in silent tribute before Atatürk alongside the TOBB General Assembly Board, members of the TOBB Executive Board, councils, chamber and exchange presidents, and delegates.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), participated via video message in the opening session of the World Chambers Federation (WCF) Americas Regional Summit, held in Bolivia on 20–21 May 2026, an organisation of which he is President.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), received the commissions and boards under the TOBB at his office ahead of the TOBB 82nd General Assembly. ​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that positive discrimination should be applied to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), saying, “We must exclude SME loans and commercial credit cards from the monthly credit growth limits.”​

In a message issued to mark May 19th, Atatürk Commemoration, Youth and Sports Day, M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), stated that the goal of a strong economy and a strong Türkiye will be achieved through the energy and vision of the youth.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), visited Ankara Provincial Police Chief Maksut Yüksek at his office to extend his best wishes. ​
