Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Chair of the COP31 Business Forum, attended the meeting where Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Murat Kurum announced the COP31 Action Agenda at the United Nations headquarters in New York.​

M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Chair of the COP31 Business Forum, attended the COP31 Roundtable Meeting organized by TOBB, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Bank of America in New York City.​

The COP31 Business Forum New York Dialogue will be held on September 22, hosted by TOBB and Bloomberg. COP31 President Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, will present the COP31 Action Agenda to the global business community for the first time at this meeting.​
