The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the wedding ceremony of TOBB employees Esma Mirmahmutoğulları and Murat Mercan. Hisarcıklıoğlu, acting as witness to the marriage of the young couple, congratulated Mirmahmutoğulları and Mercan families and wished the young couple lifelong happiness.​

Speaking at the “Step by Step Economy,” attended by the Treasury and Finance Minister Berat Albayrak and organized by jointly the chambers and Exchanges of İzmir, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that he believes a new period of economic breakthrough will begin.​

Speaking at the ICC Turkey Arbitration Day International Arbitration Conference, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President and ICC Turkey National Committee Chairman M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, touching on the importance of arbitration, stated that trade and investing are risk-taking, and in the cases disputes, arbitration is an objective, respectable establishment with its rules clearly stated from the beginning, protecting all parties involved.​
