Environment and Urban Development Minister Murat Kurum attended the working luncheon hosted by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. During the meeting, topics related to spatial strategy planning and urbanism were discussed. ​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Women Entrepreneurs Council Executive Committee Presidents and TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council members convened, hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan also attended the meeting at the TOBB twin Towers.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu celebrated The World Women Entrepreneurs' Day of women entrepreneurs at the Central Anatolia Region Chamber/Commodity Exchange Consultative Meeting, which he attended in Kayseri.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu visited the Kayseri Chamber of Industry. Hisarcıklıoğlu had lunch with Kayseri Chamber of Industry President Mehmet Büyüksimitci and council members. ​

Kayseri Erciyes University, Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu was awarded an honorary doctorate.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with the participants of the 22nd Turkish Speaking Entrepreneurs Program, urged increasing trade and cooperation. “The time for doing business by yourself is over. Whoever cooperates more, forms partnerships, wins.”​

Metin Demir, President of Zonguldak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu at his office. Views were exchanged during the meeting. ​

Turkey-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Forum 2nd Joint Meeting was held on November 15th, 2019, in Karachi with the participation of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. Hisarcıklıoğlu and Turkish Ambassador to Islamabad Mustafa Yurdakul shared their views with the business community at the meeting. The meeting was attended by TOBB Vice President Selçuk Öztürk and many business people from Turkey and Pakistan.​
