Turkey Specialized Products Commodity Exchanges Inc.'s first board meeting was held. ​

The 56th Ordinary General Assembly of the Economic Development Foundation was held in Istanbul.​

Turkey Plastics, Rubber Composites Industry Council, chaired by the Council Chair Yavuz Eroğlu, convened with the participation of TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş and Ministry of Trade and Import Assistant General Manager Filiz Köseyener to consult on current issues in the sector at TOBB. ​

The Republic of Kazakhstan “Tau-Ken Samruk” State Mining Company officials and Turkey Mining Council Members convened in Istanbul to assess cooperation opportunities. Nurlan Saurambayev, Director General of Business Development of the State Company Tau-Ken Samruk, gave a presentation and informed the sector representatives about the company's mining and metallurgy projects as well as ongoing activities. ​

TOBB Turkey Road Passenger Transport Council held its Transportation Electronic Monitoring and Control System informational meeting in the Conference Hall of TOBB Istanbul Service Building. ​

As a result of the election held on July 7th, 2018, elected members of the Executive Committee of the TOBB Insurance Experts held their first meeting on July 26, 2018 at TOBB Twin Towers.​

TOBB Turkey Natural Gas Council held the second meeting of the year with the participation of senior bureaucracy and private sector representatives in Ankara.​

TOBB Construction Contractors Assembly, chaired by Parliament Speaker Tahir Tellioğlu, convened at TOBB to discuss the current issues of the sector with the participation of TOBB Deputy Secretary General Cengiz Delibaş. ​

The number of newly established companies, sole proprietorships and cooperatives decreased by 32,67% , 40,60% and 20,56% respectively according to the previous month. The number of closed companies, cooperatives and sole proprietorships decreased by 16,47% , 4,67% and 22,06% respectively according to the previous month.​

TOBB Turkey Packaging Council convened under the Council Chair Mustafa Tacir to discuss current issues in the sector with members of the council at the TOBB Istanbul Service Building.​
