Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey

The meeting on the Regulation on the Manufacturing, Modification and Assembly of Vehicles was held in Ankara with the participation of Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology Çetin Ali Dönmez, Deputy Minister of Interior Mehmet Aktaş, Ankara Governor Vasip Şahin, TOBB Head of Sectors and Entrepreneurship Department A. Saygın Baban and TOBB Türkiye Sector Councils Manager Ayşe Çelebi Doğan. ​

M. Cihat Lokmanoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and Co-Chairman of the Türkiye-TRNC Chamber of Commerce Forum, attended the 39th Ordinary General Assembly of the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry (KTSO) in Nicosia.​

Stefan Balaban, Member of Parliament from Geneva and Board Member of the Swiss-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited TOBB.​

A delegation consisting of officials the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Commodity Exchanges Directorate and Software Directorate visited the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges operating in Rize and Artvin provinces.​

Officials the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Commodity Exchanges Directorate and Software Directorate paid a visit to ÇAYKUR General Directorate in Rize.​

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) Board of Directors Treasurer Member Faik Yavuz and TOBB Board of Directors Member Engin Yeşil met with KRG Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry Server Kemal and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, they exchanged views on cooperation and investment opportunities in the region. ​

TOBB met with transportation companies in Trabzon and Hopa regarding the recent developments in Georgia regarding international transportation.​

A ceremony was held for former Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) Governor Süreyya Serdengeçti, who passed away, at the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye Economy and Technology University (TOBB ETÜ), where he worked.​

Mustafa Doğru, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akşehir Commodity Exchange, who passed away yesterday, was buried in Nasreddin Hodja Cemetery after the funeral prayer performed following the noon prayer at Akşehir Hasan Pasha Imaret Mosque.​

The TIR Committee of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) convened via video conference under the chairmanship of Tamer Kıran, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB, with the participation of the members of the TIR Committee.​
