Civil Society Platform's call on EU Membership Process
The meeting is held in cooperation of Economic Development Foundation (IKV) and Turkey Europe Association (TAV) on 22 April 2011 in Istanbul. With the participation of more than 100 civil society organizations and university representatives, “Civil Society Platform for Turkey’s EU Membership Process" is formed. Platform agreed on a joint declaration at the end of the meeting.

Hisarciklioglu visited President of Hak-İş Trade Union Confederation
M. Rifat Hisarcıklığlu, President of TOBB, Mustafa Kumlu, President of TURK-İŞ Trade Union Confederation, Bendevi Palandöken, President of TESK paid a courtesy visit to newly elected President of Hak-İş Trade Union Confederation Mahmut Arslan. Mr. Salim Uslu, former President of Hak-İş Trade Union Confederation was also present.
