- “Kyrgyzstan's future is bright”

Commenting on his contacts with the press after the meeting, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “We are here for Eid. We celebrate the holiday of all our Kyrgyzstan brothers and sisters. Kyrgyzstan has a bright future. This is the most democratic country in the region. The best manpower.” Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Turkey brings with it the most prominent businessmen and said that Turkish businessmen are interested in various investment areas, especially energy and textiles. Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Kyrgyzstan’s newly established Ministry of Investments Promotion and Protection is the right structure, “Kyrgyzstan has made the right structure. The Ministry of Development has established where all the businessmen, foreign businessmen, can identify their problems and speak their opinions. Foreign investors don't want to go door to door. There's only one responsible man. Kyrgyzstan has taken the right step. We are doing the same in Turkey right now. In the past, investors did not come to Turkey; when there was someone in the bureaucracy solving their problems and following up with their work, we experienced an explosion in foreign capital.”
