The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with outgoing Romanian Ambassador to Ankara Gabriel Catalin Sopanda and Trade Advisor Michaela Turbaceanu.​
