Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu met with Former Minister of Forestry and Water Affairs and Afyonkarahisar Parliamentary Representative Veysel Eroğlu, Afyonkarahisar Parliamentary Representative Ali Özkaya, Afyonkarahisar Parliamentary Representative Ibrahim Yurdunuseven, Afyonkarahisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Hüsnü Serteser and Afyonkarahisar Health Sciences University Rector Prof. Dr. Nurullah Okumuş. The meeting focused on issues related to Afyonkarahisar's potential for health tourism. ​
