The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu cut the opening ribbon of the hall named after him in the Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a part of his Van itinerary. Hisarcıklıoğlu expressed his wishes for the hall to prove beneficial and thanked them for their kind courtesy. ​
