Before the program, with the participation of Cengiz Aras, Secretary General of Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bak Hele Bak Yusuf Konak Breakfast House was visited and a patented Van Breakfast was enjoyed with tastings of geographically marked products.

Afterwards, the delegation visited Necdet Takva, President of Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry in his office. President Takva stated that they are located in a disadvantaged region and that salvation is through trade. Emphasizing the importance of working to increase the number of entrepreneurs in our own city, Takva said that the job of entrepreneurs is to make a difference and provide employment to people. Drawing attention to the importance of establishing business networks, Van CCI President emphasized that the entrepreneurship ecosystem should be developed.

After the official visit, the Regional Meeting was held.

Necdet Takva, President of Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry, welcomed the TOBB Eastern Anatolia Young Entrepreneurs Council Regional Meeting and thanked TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who established the TOBB Young and Women Entrepreneurs Council, who has always supported entrepreneurs and Councils to walk safely on this path, and TOBB Van Young Entrepreneurs Council President Ümit Can Sari, TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Council President Semra Odabaşı and Council members.

TOBB Van GGK President Ümit Can Sari thanked the Provincial Presidents for their participation and expressed their belief that good work will be done together. TOBB Van KGK President Semra Odabaşı stated that it is valuable to carry out the work to be done in the region together with the Women and Young Entrepreneur Councils.  Stating that borders will be removed with strong trade and cross-border trade will start, Odabaşı emphasized the importance of development. Participating in this part of the meeting, TOBB Van GGK Members and Eastern Anatolia Provincial Presidents conveyed the questions in their minds to the representative of TOBB Entrepreneurship Directorate and mutual opinions were exchanged.

In the last part of the meeting, the Eastern Anatolia Regional Meeting was chaired by TOBB Van GGK President Ümit Can Sari. Sari expressed satisfaction for holding this first meeting in Van province and stated that regional meetings are important for cooperation and unity of power. Provincial presidents also gave information about their regions and made statements about the activities and projects of their Councils.
