The number of capacity reports approved in the first 12 months of 2020 (43,520 units) increased by 20.2% (8,788 units) compared to the first 12 months of 2021 (52,308).

Of the 5,530 capacity report approved in December; 1,484 were in Ä°stanbul, 367 in Ankara, 352 in Ä°zmir, 345 in Bursa, 219 in Konya, 193 in Gaziantep, 187 in Kocaeli, 137 in TekirdaÄŸ, 131 in Antalya, 126 in Kayseri.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database increased by 8.1% (6,398 units) to 85,460 units in December 2021 from 79,062 in December 2020.

According to the Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 8% (263,913 units) from 3,301,159 in December 2020 to 3,565,072 in December 2021.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
