With vocational specialization trainings prepared by TOBB University of Economics and Technology Continuous Education Center, it is aimed to increase the professional competencies of professionals operating in the real estate trade and motor vehicle trade sectors. 

Industry professionals are supported in the authorization document process with the program for those who do and will do this work. It is aimed that new entrepreneurs who are interested in real estate and vehicle trade and want to start a business in these sectors will step into the sector in accordance with the regulation.

So far, 10,000 people have applied to the training program, which is open to anyone who wants to make their job more professional. Those who successfully completed a total of 12 training programs, 8 in the field of immovable trade and 4 in the field of motorized land vehicle trade, were entitled to receive their certificates.

Professional specialty trainings are given live from Sahibinden Academy online training platform. Trainings covered in 4 different topics; legal legislation and forms, business management, customer relations, marketing on digital platforms.

Real estate professionals who receive this certificate provide the 100 hours of university-approved training they need to obtain a certificate of authorization under the Regulation on Immovable Trade.

In addition to the sectoral trainings in the program, participants can also benefit from Vocational Proficiency Exam Preparatory Training. Within the scope of the cooperation, all sahibinden.com users who need a Certificate of Professional Competence are provided with a reduction in their exam fees. People who successfully complete their training programs and qualify for their certificates have the opportunity to receive financial support within the framework of the EU grant fund.
