Number of Certified Domestic Goods Certificates increased by 6.6%

In the first 8 months of 2021, the number of Domestic Goods Certificates approved increased by 6.6% compared to the same period last year. According to the Domestic Goods Communiqué (SGM 2014/35), prepared by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in accordance with Article 63 of the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 and published in the Official Gazette dated September 13, 2014 and numbered 29118, 1204 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved by TOBB in August 2021.​

1,167 of the Domestic Goods Certificates approved in August 2021 are active in the system. Of these 1,167 documents, 902 are at the high and medium-high-tech level, and 265 are at the medium-low and low-tech level.

Of the domestic goods certificates approved in August, 242 are in Ankara, 180 in Istanbul, 120 in İzmir, 105 in Konya, 63 in Aydın, 47 in Bursa, 47 in Tekirdağ, 30 in Samsun, 27 in Sakarya and 26 in Kocaeli.

In August 2021, 1204 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved - an increase of 3.3% (38pc) compared to August 2020.

In the first eight months of 2021, 11,101 Domestic Goods Certificates were approved - an increase of 6.6% (694pc) compared to the same period in 2020.

The total number of Active Domestic Goods Certificates in TOBB Domestic Goods Certificate Database is 15.971.
