Of the 4,428 capacity report approved in June; 1324 were in Istanbul, 291 in Bursa, 274 in Izmir, 257 in Ankara, 201 in Konya, 172 in Gaziantep, 148 in Kocaeli, 97 in TekirdaÄŸ, 90 in Manisa and 89 in Kayseri.

The total number of active capacity reports in the TOBB Industrial Database increased by 7,516 (+10%) to 82,306 units from 74,790 in June 2020.

According to the Active Capacity Reports, the total number of employees increased by 274,084 (8.7%) from 3,139,551 in June 2020 to 3,413,635 in June 2021.

Capacity reports are compiled by local Chambers and approved by TOBB for: utilization of bench, device, machine and motive force in processing raw materials, semi-and complete products, property, content, composition or shape in full or in part; for businesses that produce a new product in serial or standard, and for those who operate and operate underground resources and produce software with information technology.
