The opening speeches of the seminar were given by Kemal Varın Numanoğlu, General Manager of Vocational and Technical Education of MEB, Tahir Nursaçan, OSBÜK Board Member, Süleyman Akgül, Head of MEB Workplace Based Vocational Education Department, and H. Çağlayan Dündar, Head of TOBB Reel Sector R&D and Implementation Department.

In the presentation made by MEB Expert Teacher Osman Dolgunyürek, questions about the subject were answered at the end of the seminar, touching on the issues of apprenticeship, mastery and master training applied in Vocational Training Centers and state contribution to businesses.
