Hakan Ülken attended the Construction Sector Workgroup meeting

With the participation of Hakan Ülken, Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and Hasan Süver, Deputy Minister of Environment and Urbanization, the second meeting of the Construction Sector Working Group was held in the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.​

The problems and demands of the sector were addressed within the scope of the Parking Regulation, which is the main agenda item.

Regarding the regulation, TOBB Board Member Hakan Ülken presented the opinion proposals from the Chambers and Sector Councils to Deputy Minister Hasan Süver.

At the meeting, the opinions and suggestions of the sector related to the Zoning Law, building control system and urban transformation were also communicated to the Ministry officials.

In the Construction Sector Working Group established within the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, including members of the Turkish Construction Contractors Council are: Mustafa Şahin, Vice President of the Confederation of Construction Contractors (IMKON), Necati Ersoy, Secretary General of the Turkish Construction Industrialists Employers' Union (INTES), İsmail Özkan, Member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Construction Contractors Employers' Union (TURKİNŞA), Hasan Yalçın, General Secretary of the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB), Real Estate Investment Partnership Association (GYODER),Vice President Prof. Dr. Gürsel Öngören; Housing Developers and Investors Association (KONUTDER) Legal Counsel Av. Nimetullah Tolu, Istanbul Builders Association (İNDER) President Nazmi Durbakayım, Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD) Investment Planning and Development Chairman Burhan Özdemir, Building Inspection Organizations Association Tekin Saraçoğlu, Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) Board Members Nuh Acar and Halil İlik.
