Climate and Climate Change of the General Directorate of Meteorology Department Director Mesut Demircan addressed the impact of climate change on industry and technology, particularly in the agricultural sector, in a presentation called Impact of Climate Change on the Sector and Regional Heat Values. At the meeting, where the impact of heat values on the design, product and production process of the climate control sector was evaluated, the decision was made to work with the relevant public institutions as the council.

Council Members, who received information about the meeting held with the General Directorate of Economic Programs and Research in the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, consulted on thermal insulation in the buildings at the meeting. They noted the importance of making insulation mandatory by providing appropriate credit conditions, its efficient use of energy and therefore its contribution to the foreign trade deficit, as well as its contribution to domestic production and employment.

Council Members, who discussed the abolition of Addendum E within the scope of TSE 825 studies, evaluated that Addendum E is a very important reference for designers, that the removal will pose a risk to the structures and decided to contact the relevant institutions.

In the meeting where the issue of professional engineering was discussed, information was also given about the Service Information System Project (SERBIS), which was created by the Ministry of Commerce to prevent companies providing pirate services. It was stated that the system which hosts the after-sales service companies’ authorized service stations enable the consumer's access to the authorized services of companies.
