In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu said that these information seminars are a very good opportunity to get to know the institution they are in.

Emphasizing that TOBB is the most democratic institution in Türkiye and that everyone is elected here, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that the members of the council are the opinion leaders of their provinces and districts.

Stating that there is no money in these jobs, TOBB President said that they sacrifice their jobs, homes and friends. Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “You are exactly where you will be useful to people. If you want to contribute to your province and district, your positions are a great opportunity. Do not forget that the best of people is the one who is beneficial to people.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu, who advised the council members, asked them to never neglect the members of the professional committees they are responsible for, to visit them in this process and listen to their problems.

Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized unity and solidarity and advised them to act on common ground with common sense.
