The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu attended the Consultative Meeting of the Assembly Members of Isparta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Isparta Commodity Exchange and Yalvaç Chamber of Commerce and Industry held at Isparta Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In his speech here, Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Isparta is a city of industry, agriculture, education, animal husbandry and tourism.

Stating that Isparta meets 65 percent of Türkiye's rose oil production, Hisarcıklıoğlu said, “Isparta produces an average of 1 million tons of apples. Isparta meets 20 percent of Turkey's apple needs. You have Lake Eğirdir, Lake Kovada, lavender gardens, Davraz Ski Center. You host 500,000 local and foreign tourists a year.”

Hisarcıklıoğlu stated that Isparta has been a trade center since history and noted the following: “Isparta has the oldest chamber in Türkiye, we will also consult our problems. Within the scope of the fight against high inflation, monetary and credit policies are kept tight and this slightly narrows the domestic market and the growth rate decreases. The economy management states that these policies will be implemented until inflation is permanently reduced. The global slowdown and the depreciation of the Turkish lira also put my fellow exporters in trouble.”
