At the meeting, where joint working areas were discussed, a presentation was made about TOBB's activities and studies. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu and ICCIA President Kamel signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of the Regional Office of ICCIA, of which 57 countries are members, in the TOBB İstanbul service building.

Later, ICCIA President Kamel and the accompanying delegation visited TOBB University of Economics and Technology. Hisarcıklıoğlu gave Kamel a tour of the TOBB ETU Technology Center.
